Return and Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your Water Watch purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Items should include the original pouch and packaging, when applicable.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- You must contact us before sending your return.
To request a return, email hello@waterwatchfoundation.org with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at hello@waterwatchfoundation.org with your order number and, when possible, a photo of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right.
Custom and Bulk Orders
Custom and personalized orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any special return terms that apply to a bulk order will be communicated before the order is placed.
The standard Group 10-Pack available through our online shop follows the regular return policy above.
Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at hello@waterwatchfoundation.org. Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
