Shipping Policy
Water Watch Foundation currently ships within the United States only.
Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be slightly longer during launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.
You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been prepared for shipment.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $25 are charged a $5 flat-rate shipping fee.
- Orders of $25 or more receive free standard shipping.
Applicable shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination, carrier, and service conditions. Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and do not include the processing period.
Water Watch Foundation cannot guarantee a specific delivery date and is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@waterwatchfoundation.org. We will make every effort to update the address before fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@waterwatchfoundation.org with your order number and details about the issue.
We will review the situation and assist with the appropriate next steps. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please also check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.
Bulk and Custom Orders
Shipping arrangements and costs for larger bulk or custom orders may differ from the standard rates listed above. Any applicable shipping terms will be communicated before the order is finalized.
